These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Galplanet ("we", "us", "our", the "Website"). By accessing, browsing, registering with or posting on the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.

1. Eligibility & age

The Website contains adult-oriented content and is intended solely for adults. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and that it is legal for you to view adult content where you live. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed immediately.

2. Nature of the platform

Galplanet is an online advertising platform only. We do not provide, offer, solicit, arrange or endorse any service of any kind. All advertisers are independent third parties. We are not an agent, employer or representative of any advertiser, and we are not a party to any communication, arrangement or transaction between users. Any dealings you have with an advertiser are solely between you and that advertiser, at your own risk.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
One person may not operate accounts to abuse, spam or circumvent our rules.

4. Your content & responsibilities

You are solely responsible for everything you post. By posting a listing you represent and warrant that:

All information is truthful, accurate and not misleading.
You own or have the full right to use every photograph and all text you upload, and they do not infringe anyone's rights.
Every person depicted is you, is 18 or older, and has consented to the content being published.
Your content complies with all applicable laws and with these Terms.

5. Prohibited content & conduct

You must not post or engage in:

Any content involving minors, or anyone who is not clearly 18+ ("zero tolerance").
Human trafficking, coercion, exploitation or any non-consensual activity.
Stolen, fake, AI-generated-as-real or another person's photographs.
Illegal goods or services, fraud, scams, or misleading pricing.
Duplicate, spam, keyword-stuffed or automated listings.
Harassment, hate, threats, malware or attempts to breach the Website's security.

6. Moderation & removal

We may review, refuse, edit, unpublish or delete any listing or account, and suspend or terminate access, at our discretion and without notice, particularly where content breaches these Terms or the law. Our quality-score and verification systems assist this process, but approval of a listing does not constitute our endorsement of it.

7. Paid promotion

Premium positions and other paid promotions are optional visibility upgrades, sold for a fixed duration and/or position.
Fees are payable in advance. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including where a listing is later removed for breaching these Terms.
A paid position improves placement only; it is not a guarantee of contacts, results or any particular outcome.

8. Intellectual property

The Website's design, branding, logos and software are owned by us and protected by law. You retain rights in the content you post but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and promote it for the purpose of operating and marketing the Website.

9. Disclaimers

The Website and all listings are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not verify the identity, conduct, legality or accuracy of advertisers except where a Verified badge is expressly shown, and even then verification is limited to the documents reviewed at that time. We disclaim all liability for the content and conduct of users.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Website or your dealings with any advertiser. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including legal fees) arising out of your content, your use of the Website, or your breach of these Terms or the law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, and continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
