- Listing content — the text, photographs, location, category and contact details you choose to publish. This content is public by design.
- Verification documents — if you apply for a Verified badge, the identity document and/or selfie you upload. These are used only for verification, are never shown publicly, and are deleted after review (see below).
- Usage & technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed and similar log data collected automatically.
- Cookies — small files used to keep you logged in and to help the Website function (see section 5).
2. How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and publish your listings.
- To operate features such as quality scoring, duplicate detection, verification and paid promotion.
- To keep the Website safe — preventing spam, fraud, abuse and illegal content.
- To respond to your enquiries and provide support.
- To comply with legal obligations and lawful requests from authorities.
3. Verification documents
Identity documents and selfies submitted for verification are treated as sensitive. They are stored in a private, non-public location, are accessible only to authorised administrators for the sole purpose of reviewing your request, and are deleted once the review is complete. We do not sell, share or publish them.
4. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with:
- Payment providers — to process premium-promotion payments (we do not store full card/bank details on our servers).
- Service providers — hosting and infrastructure partners who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
