Yes — creating and listing a profile on Galplanet is 100% free. You only pay if you choose to promote your ad to the top, which you do with coins (see the Coins & Wallet section).

All advertisers must be 18 years or older. By posting you confirm you meet the age requirement and that the content is your own.

Double-check your email and password. If you still cannot log in, use Forgot Password to reset it, and make sure your account has been activated.

On the login page click Forgot Password, enter your registered email, and follow the reset link we send you.

Go to your Dashboard → Settings to update your account information.

Open My Profiles from your dashboard. You can filter by status (All / Active / Pending) or by location, and see each profile's quality score.

On the My Profiles page, use the Edit or Delete button on any profile card. Editing recalculates your quality score automatically.

Profiles with a quality score below 55 wait for a quick admin review. Improve your description and add more photos to reach 55 and get approved automatically.

Every profile gets a score from 0 to 100 that reflects how complete and genuine it is. A higher score means faster approval and a higher position in the listings.

It is based on your title, your description (length + originality; spam and gibberish are penalised), the number of photos (3 = full marks), and how many details you fill in (location, category, phone, age, nationality, services).

Write a clear title, a longer original description (120+ characters), add 3 photos, and fill in every field. You can watch the live meter climb while you edit.

Reach 55 or higher and your profile is approved automatically and goes live instantly. Below 55 it waits for admin review.

A clear, well-written title; a detailed, original description in real sentences; and 3 clear photos. Avoid ALL CAPS, repeated words and gibberish — they lower your score.

Each of your own ads must be unique. If a new ad's title, headline, description or photo matches one of your existing profiles, you'll be warned as you type and blocked at submit. Write original content for each ad.

Between 1 and 3 photos. Adding 3 gives you full marks on the photo part of your quality score.

The green Verified badge means our team has confirmed you are a real person — it is the strongest trust signal and gets you more genuine contacts.

On My Profiles, click Get Verified on the profile, then upload a clear photo of your government ID and a selfie. Our team reviews them and approves genuine profiles.

Yes. Your ID and selfie are stored securely, are never shown publicly, and are deleted after review. They are used only to confirm your identity.

From your dashboard or My Profiles, click Promote Now on an active ad. Choose the top of your whole city or just your locality, pick a free position (#1 is the very top) and a duration — the cost in coins is shown. Confirm and your ad jumps to that spot instantly with a gold Premium badge.

Promotions are paid in coins. The cost depends on the city/locality, the position (#1 costs the most) and the duration. Locality and lower positions cost fewer coins, so there is an affordable option for every budget — the exact coin cost is always shown before you confirm.

You can promote for 1, 3, 7, 15 or 30 days. If a position is taken, you can see the date it frees up.

No — a promotion applies only to the exact place you choose. A locality promotion lifts your ad on that locality page only; a city promotion lifts it on the city page. Promote both if you want maximum visibility.

On My Profiles, a promoted ad shows a Promotion Status button — tap it to see every place the ad is currently promoted (city / locality, position and end date), and to extend or add a promotion.

Coins are what you use to promote your ads to the top of the listings. 1 coin = ₹1. You buy coins once, then spend them whenever you want to promote — no need to make a separate payment each time.

Open Coins from the top menu (or Buy Coins on your dashboard), choose a coin pack, and pay securely via UPI. Your coins are added to your wallet automatically as soon as the payment succeeds.

Yes — larger packs include free bonus coins. For example ₹500 gives 550 coins (+10%), ₹1000 gives 1150 (+15%) and ₹2000 gives 2400 (+20%). The bonus is shown on each pack.

Open My Wallet (the Coins link in the menu). It shows your current coin balance and a full history of every coin you have bought and spent.

No. Coins stay in your wallet until you choose to spend them on a promotion.

Coins are usually added within a few seconds. If they do not appear right away, wait a minute and refresh your wallet — payments are reconciled automatically. If they still do not show, contact us with your payment details and we will sort it out.
