Record-Keeping & 18+ Statement

This statement describes Galplanet's age policy and content standards. It applies to every advertiser, every listing and every visitor on the Website.

Age requirement

• All advertisers must be 18 years of age or older at the time of posting.
• Every person appearing in any photograph or content must be 18 or older.
• By creating an account and posting, each advertiser confirms and warrants that they meet this requirement.
• All visitors confirm that they are adults and that viewing adult content is lawful where they reside.

Advertiser representations

When you publish a listing, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the person depicted, or you have the depicted adult's full consent to publish the content.
• You possess valid proof of age for every person depicted and can produce it if lawfully required.
• Your content is created and shared consensually and complies with all applicable laws.

Verification

Advertisers may voluntarily apply for a Verified badge by submitting a government-issued photo ID and, where requested, a selfie for admin review. These documents are used only to confirm identity and age, are never made public, and are deleted after review, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Zero tolerance

Galplanet has an absolute zero-tolerance policy toward any content that involves, sexualises or endangers minors, or that involves trafficking, coercion or non-consensual activity. Such content is strictly prohibited, is removed on discovery, and is reported to the appropriate authorities. Accounts responsible for it are permanently terminated.

Reporting

If you believe any content on Galplanet involves a minor, non-consensual material, or any illegal activity, report it immediately through our Contact page. We act on such reports as a priority and cooperate fully with law-enforcement authorities.

Compliance

We maintain reasonable measures to enforce this policy, including account records, our verification process, quality controls and prompt removal of violating content. This statement forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms & Conditions.
